Rescheduling
You can propose the rescheduling only 36 hours prior to your scheduled ticket time. To make your amendment, please contact us via WhatsApp.
Cancelation Policy
- NON-REFUND, If the cancelation is made 0 – 7 days before scheduled arrival, or NO-SHOW
- 25% REFUND, If the cancelation is made 8 – 21 days before scheduled arrival
- Your refund will proceed within 10-working days, and also subject to Bank transaction charges and credit card fees
