It takes 45-minute boat ride to arrive in Nusa Penida Island, and under 40 minutes to reach Nusa Lembongan.

Route
All Eka Jaya fast boats to Gili Islands will be departed from Padang Bai Harbor. This harbor is located in East Bali’s Karangasem regency, which can be reached in 2-hour drive from Bali International Airport or 1-hour drive from Ubud. As the Ferry is scheduled to depart at 10.30 AM every day, you will need to be at the port at least 30-minutes before the departure. It takes approximately 1.30 hours from Bali to Gili by speed boat.
To go to Padang Bai Harbor, you may call taxi or ask your hotel reception to arrange the drop-off service. Another alternative for the convenient way, feel free to arrange your private shuttle with us. Please book at least 1 day in advance to ensure shuttle availability.

- Infants; children under 3 years old. If parents insist to bring children, they must complete a Disclaimer Statement that releases Maruti Group and all of its crews including agent, from any liability and any further legal actions by any parties, prior to the trip commencement.

Rescheduling
You can propose the rescheduling only 36 hours prior to your scheduled ticket time. To make your amendment, please contact us via WhatsApp.
Cancelation Policy
- NON-REFUND, If the cancelation is made 0 – 7 days before scheduled arrival, or NO-SHOW
- 25% REFUND, If the cancelation IS made 8 – 21 days before scheduled arrival
- Your refund will proceed within 10-working days, and also subject to Bank transaction charges and credit card fees.
